I’d totally give this company zero stars if it were possible! I got duped by an item an influencer showcased and didn’t realize it was shipping STRAIGHT from China. It took ages to arrive, and when it finally did, it looked NOTHING like the picture. The return policy is all on the customer, which I think is just absurd since I already forked out nearly $10 to get the item. They said they’d refund my order in FULL (including the initial shipping fee) if I returned it at my own expense. I sent it back and ended up spending $17. They did refund my order, which is GREAT, but they didn’t give back my shipping cost like they said they would. I reached out MULTIPLE times asking for my shipping refund as promised. No reply. They totally ghosted me. It’s just so unprofessional. AVOID THIS GARBAGE COMPANY!

I honestly don’t know where to begin. The quality was just atrocious—6 items, all either damaged, stained, or with labels sewn incorrectly, and the sizing was way off. They were stuffed into the smallest taped-up bundle that took forever to open because I was worried about cutting the clothes. It took ages to arrive, and don’t even think about getting a refund. I sent them photos of the stains and measurements showing how off the sizes were, but they just ignored it. I ordered a medium dress that could’ve fit three of me! I even took a picture comparing it to another medium dress from them, which was also backwards with the label wrong. I could go on and on about how terrible this experience was, but in the end, I got zero help and no refund. They claimed nothing was wrong with the items.

Seriously, don’t buy anything from this place. I was super excited because the items looked adorable on an influencer, so I ordered about 10 things expecting decent quality, but they were all total junk.

I even reached out to the influencer, saying, "girl, I love you, but this brand is just awful, and I was so let down by the quality and everything else." I haven’t seen her post about them since…

Just horrible. Cheap. A total waste of money. The service was awful. Honestly, these are the worst purchases I’ve ever made, and I shop online a lot.

I can't stress enough how bad the clothing quality was that I got. The thread colors were all over the place, the stitching was a mess with these weird lumps on the sweater shoulders, and there was even a random color patch in the middle of a sweater that looked like a botched repair. The boots had rips, zippers that didn't work, and everything was just sloppily glued together with glue visible everywhere.

I ordered a medium dress that turned out to be twice the size they claimed on the site (I measured it, trust me). When I sent them a pic with the measuring tape on the dress, they replied, "we looked and don't see anything wrong." The label was stuck on the wrong side, and the fabric felt like recycled cardboard.

It takes ages to get a response, and they just tell you to send the items back. I explained that it arrived in a ridiculously packed box that was wrapped up so many times in tape, it took me forever to figure out how to open it without cutting the fabric.

When they finally realized there was no return label to send back to China, they asked me to "send a handwritten parcel with my name, item numbers I want to return, and my address." Seriously? Why would I need to send you a handwritten note with info you already have right in front of you?

I stumbled upon Goodnight Macaroon on an influencer's page and quickly decided to grab a few items. Knowing that shipping might take some time, I later checked out the reviews and felt a wave of regret wash over me! I thought to myself, well... there goes my cash! But when my clothes finally arrived (after about a month), I was genuinely surprised at how cute they turned out to be. And trust me, I’m a pretty picky shopper! They might not be top-tier brand quality, but they were definitely nice. Just a heads up: steer clear of anything labeled as one size unless you’re on the smaller side or okay with a cropped look. Not sure if I just got lucky, but I’m feeling pretty satisfied with my purchases. Everything I picked was on sale for 20 bucks, so maybe if I had splurged more, I wouldn’t be quite as thrilled. I placed an order for a bag on March 1, 2022, and here we are on June 7, 2022—98 days later, and I STILL DON'T HAVE MY BAG. The first tracking number they provided was wrong, and the second one hasn’t moved since it was last seen in Hong Kong on April 13, 2022. I've sent the company over ten emails, only to be told they won’t give me my money back. After I aired my grievances on Instagram, a customer service rep finally reached out on May 25, 2022, claiming they processed a refund and I should see it in 30 days... but guess what? Nothing is showing up in my bank account. I’m pretty sure I won’t see that $65 again. This company is definitely out to take your money without delivering what you ordered. What really gets me is how every influencer on IG seems to get their products on time to promote, while regular customers like me are left hanging. If you check their tagged photos on Instagram, it’s all bloggers with promo codes for Goodnight Macaroon! And every post is a 'giveaway' with no winners ever announced—just a ploy to get more comments and shares. This place is a TOTAL scam and a total money grab. I can’t believe they’re still operating. I won’t ever spend another cent here since it’s clear I won’t receive what I paid for, nor will I get a refund.

This was my first and definitely my last experience ordering from this place. To start, all their products are shipped from HONG KONG! This info is nowhere to be found on their site. It took me a whopping 6 weeks to get the single item I purchased, and honestly, I thought it was coming from Shein. The quality was terrible; it felt like cardboard and looked nothing like the pictures online. Just so you know, I forked out $65 for it, so it wasn’t exactly a bargain. If you decide to return anything, you’re stuck covering the shipping costs yourself, and good luck getting your money back. It’s been over a month, and they say they 'never got' my return, even though UPS confirmed it was delivered and signed for by one of their staff. Seriously, steer clear of this scam of a company.

I checked out the earlier review and even though my order took a little longer than I expected, (and living in France can be a hassle with online shopping) I discovered that the customer service was super responsive and really helpful. I'm quite happy with the quality of the shoes, and given this initial experience, I'd definitely recommend them. Maybe if you need to cancel an order, it might be easier to just get them and handle the return process, which is likely more straightforward with their procedures...

I placed an order for some shoes on 2/21/2022, and here we are on 3/13/2022, and they still ain't shipped. I forked out 9.99 for shipping, and when I reached out to customer service to check on the status, they said it had been dispatched and would be on its way soon. But a week later, still nothing! They told me to brace for a wait of 45-60 days! That's just way too long, and I've been getting mixed messages from their support team. Naturally, they charged my credit card right off the bat. I'm really let down by this company and won't be placing any more orders with them.

This company ships directly from Hong Kong and handles returns in Florida. Their return policy is pretty confusing and seems to change based on whether you check the website, your receipt, or the packing slip. Honestly, the handbags are just C grade products from China (think street vendor quality in HK) and not something you'd want to buy. They have a really strong smell of glue that just won't fade away. It looks like they’re offloading the lowest quality items (at least the three handbags I got). I requested a refund since the items were defective. Plus, I had to shell out around $30 to send them back to Florida (no return labels since they ship from HK).

I got my hands on two skirts. To my surprise, they were both quite tiny and appeared really low-quality, and they were definitely not inexpensive. I can't suggest buying from this site, plus it seems like they don't allow negative feedback on their platform.

Absolutely dreadful customer service. I received just one out of three items, and instead of simply sending the others again, they wouldn’t lend a hand. Overall, they’re pretty awful since the item I actually got seemed so fake and cheap. What a scam of a company. Their support is just the worst. I’m not returning anything because they don’t provide return shipping, and all they offer is store credit.
